Little Church of the West?

i just booked LC of the West for my 08/08/08 wedding. now im so nervous. they staff recommended Verandah, Border Grill, and Bootlegger Bistro.


Based on tripadvisor.com, Little Chapel of the Flowers got everything in the vicinity. Ceremony and reception.


OMg! must be my nerves. am i doing the right thing? we wud be at NYNY or Flamingo.


i heard about how everything seems rushed as it's Vegas after all.


Pls help me. haha. Share some advices.

You're right, they do rush it a bit. We did a drive-thru for our civil ceremony, and though it was beautiful and heartfelt, we felt completely hustled by the chapel. They tried to pressure us into giving a 200% tip, and though they promised to expedite the paper work because my FH was on leave and had to get back east, they stalled for 3 days(they can legally wait for 10). We kept on them and got our certificates, but the same day we got a solicitation in the mail(we live in Vegas) for a "paperwork expedition service" that charged 150% more to have your marriage certificate done more quickly.


But don't let it get to you. Depending on what you want to spend, there are great weddings to be had there. I'm down on the strip a lot these days, so I'll snoop around. We're having our formal ceremony in the fall, at the Venetian. 'Mail me if you have any questions. We've already researched a ton of wedding chapels.

Thats where I would have my Vegas wedding - - if I could have convinced my fiance to marry me in Vegas!
